Michael H. Cohen, JD, MBA, is Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Assistant Professor at the Harvard School of Public Health. He has authored several books including Creative Writing for Lawyers (1990); Complementary and Alternative Medicine: Legal Boundaries and Regulatory Perspectives (1998); Beyond Complementary Medicine: Legal and Ethical Perspectives on Health Care and Human Evolution (2000); Future Medicine: Ethical Dilemmas, Regulatory Challenges, and Therapeutic Pathways to Health and Human Healing in Human Transformation (2003); and Healing at the Borderland of Medicine and Religion (2006.) He is also principal in the law offices of Michael H.
