Awesome

This is a book you will not want to rush through. It is one to read and reflect on the wonderful ideas and suggestions the author gives us. I read this as an ebook, but now I'm going to order the paper edition so that I can easily refer back to the many things I wish to apply to my life. If you are serious about self-healing, this is a book you should read. I have started using several of the author's suggestions which seem to be working. I especially like the Meditation Bath.

Amazing, enlighting book

I just wanted to stop by to tell readers, this book is AMAZING. I have read it and I have been adding some of the information I've learned from it, into my life. I have been in very bad pain for two years now, where to stand and do the dishes I'm in tears and doubled over in pain. Little by little I am seeing an improvement. :). I will be adding more of Ms Forrest ideas now and hope that the pain will be gone forever very soon. Wonderful and interesting book. Try it, you might be amazed

A must read!

I love this book! Such a good read. I owe a hard copy (and have given away a few as gifts) and I bought it on Kindle too so I could always have a copy of it on my tablet and phone. So much good info that I use daily! This was one of the first books that helped me understand how to apply many self help concepts into my own life.
